The MissionGaiaville LLC is a template or blueprint for the city of tomorrow created on an open platform that seeks to change our world. It is a green, sustainable, zero carbon-footprint intentional village of 350 homes, where being green is not limited to architecture and building systems, but is rooted in an understanding of the interdependence, cross-fertilization and co-enrichment of all life forms and ecosystems on our planet. 
This is based on the law of noninterference, the principle that you cannot co-mingle your energy grid or impose your ideas and will on anyone without permission. This implies a deep respect for the will, autonomy and self-determination of all life forms to exercise free choice in all matters. It is through the respectful exchange of energies, disclosure of our intent and interaction with all life forms that we begin to become an integrated society and holistic community. We do this by recognizing and teaching that all expressions of life are sentient and that self-awareness is not limited to humanity, but extends to all kingdoms of nature and to Gaia herself. We do this by creating a zero carbon-footprint, green and sustainable environment using the latest and cutting-edge technologies blended in a natural earth-friendly terrain. We do this by teaching to our adults and children the principle of equal exchange: giving and receiving in a balanced manner. Finally, we do this by teaching and demonstrating planetary leadership, guardianship and stewardship to all.
