Gaiaville Inception Conference IISaturday, April 14th and Sunday, April 15th, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM The Gaiaville Inception Conference II is a two-day think tank event that will bring together experts in the fields of Commerce and Economy, Wellness and Health Care, Green Power Generation, Education and the Arts, Green Design and Architecture, and Food Production to create the scope of work for the creation of a blueprint for the village of tomorrow. This scope of work will be a template that can be exported to any location on the planet. It is the continuation of a conversation and effort that began September 24th and 25th, 2011 where experts in the various fields mentioned gathered in Ellenville, New York to initiate a discussion about the creation of an intentional, green sustainable and self-sustaining community of 350 homes. Since this is an open source effort, the result of the first Gaiaville Inception Conference is available for public use. The Gaiaville Inception Conference II intends to challenge the public and the experts to refine and further develop the concepts that were delineated in the fall conference: What is the best green method of construction in the Catskill Mountains environment? How would you generate power for a functional community of 350 homes that wants to be off the grid? How do you teach planetary leadership to men, women and children? What would the food production system look like if you want to grow food year-round and locally? How do you structure a wellness and health care system that provides the best and ultimate levels of service, preventive care and quick recovery? How do you create a sustainable exchange and economical systems that take into consideration free market, personal and individual liberty and growth, and the well being of the planet in equal measure?
